Acceptance of terms
By registering an account on indexhost.store (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of services
The Service provides:

- +Domain name search and registration at cost price
- +Internal balance system with USDT TRC20 deposits
- +One-click deployment to global CDN infrastructure
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share access to your account with third parties. The Service reserves the right to freeze or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
Payments & balance
- +The Service accepts payments exclusively in USDT TRC20
- +Balance top-ups are processed after on-chain verification and admin confirmation
- +All prices are listed in USD
- +Hosting fees are charged monthly and debited automatically from the balance
- +If there are insufficient funds for auto-renewal, the site will be frozen
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- +Host content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction
- +Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content
- +Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or attack the Service's infrastructure
- +Use the Service for spam distribution
- +Resell Service resources without authorization
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Service availability
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for:

Content ownership

Termination
You may delete your account at any time. After deletion, all data including site files, domains, and transaction history will be permanently removed. Remaining balance is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notifications.
