Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which indexhost.store (“Service”) may issue refunds for services paid via USDT TRC20.

Balance top-ups via USDT TRC20 are generally non-refundable. Once funds are credited to your account balance, they can only be used to pay for services within the platform.

• +Hosting is billed monthly in advance
• +If you cancel a site before the end of the billing period, the remaining days are not refunded
• +If a deployment fails due to a Service error, the charge will be reversed to your balance
• +If the Service is unable to provide hosting for an extended period (more than 72 hours), you may request a balance credit for the affected period

• +Domain registration fees are non-refundable — the purchase is processed through a third-party registrar and cannot be reversed
• +If a domain registration fails due to a technical error and the domain was not registered, the full amount will be returned to your balance

A balance refund may be issued in the following cases:

• +Technical error on the Service side that resulted in an incorrect charge
• +Double charge due to a system error
• +Service completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours

• +Refunds are credited to your internal balance, not to an external wallet
• +In exceptional cases, a refund to a USDT TRC20 wallet may be arranged — contact support
• +Refund requests are processed within 7 business days
• +To request a refund, contact support via Telegram with your account email and a description of the issue

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• +Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
• +Unused balance after voluntary account deletion
• +Issues caused by user error (wrong domain, incorrect files, etc.)
• +Partial month of hosting after site cancellation
